| Introduction | Gwendolyn (She/hers) is queer, trans, mad, and proud. An Activist, Model, Poet, Publisher. Sex Worker, Subversive and Author of Creative Non-fiction, Erotica, Fantasy, & Science Fiction. Her work has appeared @gutslutpress, @lupercaliapress, @fahmidanjournal @redplanetmag @wickedgayways @365tomorrows, the Gongfarmer’s Almanac and Madwomen in the Attic. Her first chapbook, a work of trans erotic liberation, the Ishtar Cycle, is available from @lupercaliapress An independent publisher, artist, & sex worker, the Maenad writes about gender, class, sex, inequality, mental illness, and the intersection of these points, sometimes also writing about games, futurism, and the human condition. Gwen studied history at UT San Angelo before embarking on a career as a writer and poet. She has worked and lived all over the American southwest and misses the New Mexico sunset. In her spare time, she loves animals, big fat books on history written by women with degrees. She lives in the Pacific Northwest and loves her kid very much.
