Introduction | I write to share exotic places and to explain how to cross cultures, which I had to learn to do to make my way. I was born in Aruba where three generations of my family lived, spent my teens in Brazil, attended university in the U.S. and lived for some nine years in Tahiti where I was a translator for the courts. I speak English, French, Portuguese and Spanish and limp along in Italian and German. I am a terminal optimist. @tracynovinger |
