Introduction	I am at my 5th year of teaching at Andover School of Montessori. Montessori is a great system of education: it gives you the whole picture of learning, without boundaries. Students perform better when they're offered freedom and introduced to topics of interest. Thus far, my experiences at BU (STEM-2009) and NU (RET-2010) have been the highlight of my professional development as a math and science teacher. Also, I continue to participate at the autumnal workshop organized in the state by NEED (National Energy Educational Development) foundation. My class has benefited from the resources and skills I've learned in these workshops. This fall, I am presenting a workshop on Negative Powers at the Annual AMS conference, in San Diego, CA. Soccer is my favorite sport. I played soccer during all my schooling years, especially in Italy (1991-2000). Even when I moved to Toronto, I kept watching European soccer tournaments. In the United States, I discovered the beauty of teaching soccer. I coached a few groups of very young children. It is fun and exhilarating to see a child grow and fall in love with this beautiful sport!
