Introduction	I am currently a student at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. I have a passion for healthcare. The story of the “Good Samaritan” is a succinct example of my passion for striving to become a Physician Assistant. Briefly, the “Good Samaritan” story portrays a man who had compassion for another human being that was injured and ignored. In my humble opinion, the “Good Samaritan” is a perfect epitome of who a professional physician should be. All my life, I have always wanted to help and care for people, especially the weak and poor. Improving the wellbeing of another person’s life gives me joy, and there is no other career path to achieve this for me other than becoming a physician assistant.
