Introduction	I am a wanna be pastry chef. I love all foods but have a special place for baked goods and sweets. My day job is in IT, but I do food as a hobby and study the science of baking on my own, bake and test recipes all the time, and check out every bakery I pass by. My culinary output takes place as a volunteer a few times a month, cooking for a homeless feeding program. I am usually in charge of the desserts.
