| Introduction | A Riddle Wrapped in a Mystery Inside an Enigma... ok, so I'm not all that - but I am a study in seeming contradictions: I have a very high-tech job requiring me to be "plugged in" almost 24-7, but I'm really a back-to-nature kinda girl who is out camping every chance she gets and is currently building a log cabin by hand (mine and my husband's) from the trees on our land. I recycle, eschew trans fats and have successfully kept my 2-year-old daughter from having any form of processed sugar, but I buy Coke by the tanker-truck load in styrofoam cups from truck stops (egads!). As you read on, you will learn more about the contrasts in my life... and the agonizing I go through trying to reconcile them all. |
