Introduction	Hello, I am Lou I have been married to the most amazing man for almost 20 years and we have 2 wonderful, teenage children. At the moment we have 1 Dog, 3 cats and a tortoise. (Who are all very spoilt!) I have been unable to work due to illness for about 13 years. I have ME & Fibromyalgia and various other illness’s that make every day a struggle. I love crafting, I treasure my family and pets and my craft room!, I still have a great deal to learn and visit the most amazing blogs for inspiration and colouring tips, I like to try different crafty things and use all types of mediums for colouring. Interests	Papercraft, card making ATC swapping, Cross stitching, Reading and country music
Favorite movies	Not really got any favourite films I must admit i do like musicals so singing the rain, 7 brides for 7 brothers all of those type of films i quite like but also like a good thriller
Favorite music	I am sorry but I am a country music fan - i just love it - from Dolly to Reba and Jim Reeves to Randy Travis
Favorite books	Outlander Series by Diana Gabaldon but also James Patterson, Patricia Cornwell, Michael Marshall murder and mayhem as my DH says!
