Introduction	i am 39 years old and have been married for 19 years and I have daughter that is almost 17. My life is incredibly busy. I have worked 2 jobs most of my life, bowled in multiple leagues per week, volunteer for my church on a weekly basis. There has been little time for me to take care of me. A little over a year ago, I made a commitment to be home more for my family and to start taking care of me. I am still as busy as I ever was, but this is what it comes down to COMMITMENT!!! Are you committed to changing your life, committed to living longer...that's all it takes...COMMITTMENT!!!
