| Introduction | My practice, which is currently located in Cumming, Georgia, involves trial and appellate litigation. I handle a range of cases that span from land related disputes to business and estate disputes. I was formerly employed by Peterson Dillard Young Self Asselin Powell & Wilson LLC (1990-1995) and Wilson Brock & Irby LLC (1995-2001) before starting my own practice in 2001 in Forsyth County, Georgia. I graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia in 1987 majoring in History and Political Science. At Mercer, I was on a two member, intercollegiate debate team that qualified for the National Debate Tournament in 1987. I graduated cum laude from Mercer University Law School in 1990 in the top ten in my class and received high grade, American Jurisprudence awards in my corporate and contracts law classes. I was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1990, and have since practiced in state and federal trial courts in Georgia. In 2000, I became a member of the Colorado Bar. |
