| Introduction | I am an ex-Christian who left Christianity because I was aghast at the inconsistencies between the religion and the true teachings of Christ. I was disgusted by the hypocrisy that tried to make me believe that gay people shouldn't have the same rights as other people (when Christ himself ministered to lepers and prostitutes). I don't believe that the Bible is the only word of God because if it were, that means God would have stopped speaking before 1445 B.C.; and I don't believe that I am "sinful, unworthy of God's love." |
