Introduction	I have been gardening now since 2008. My knowledge on this matter is limited. Yet it is growing with every year and obstacle I encounter. This is all taking place while trying to produce my own food. food = vegetables, fruit, and herbs. My wife's uncle passed away and just before he did he gave me some beefsteak heirloom tomatoes. At least that is what he called them therefore I do not plan on changing the name. I seeded those and that is where I started growing my first plant. To this day I still grow Richard's beefsteak heirloom tomatoes.
