| Introduction | The NTEF organized in 1998 to serve the chemically challenged segment of the population. The Foundation was originally conceived to broaden understanding, education, availability of accommodations and resources for those injured by environmental agents, chemicals and other exogenous agents. The Foundation has consulted with various businesses to create awareness and implementation of safe and chemically neutral alternatives to prevent exacerbations of those afflicted with chemically and or environmentally related illnesses. This includes but is not limited to Asthma, Chemical Injury, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome to cite a few. The Foundation's main object is to educate the public on the inherent dangers associated with everyday products such as fragrances, air fresheners, pesticides that they have been lead to believe are fully tested for safety by disclosing the materials for their toxicological effects and the potential dangers associated with such chemicals, that have not been publicly disclosed. |
