| Introduction | The career of professional coaching came to my attention in late 1996 and I realized I’d been doing it in almost every one of my jobs – there just wasn't an official name for it at the time. In 1997, I began training as a coach at the Academy for Coach Training (now known as inviteCHANGE) and attracted my first clients. Since that time, I've been joyfully coaching people who are asking themselves, "What Now?" at this time of their lives, training professional coaches and mentoring coaches to greater excellence. My life is enriched by partnering with people who are dedicated to transforming themselves and their lives in purposeful and intentional ways. |
