Introduction John the long plunge champion,Maureen now the accomplished artist, both now enjoying a new adventure having moved to the Lake Rotoma cottage. John has established a vegetable garden which M calls his Gypsy encampment...his gardening prowess leaves a lot to be desired; his potatoes are so small their eyes have still not opened...his carrots having been planted too close to each other, appear as shrivelled, disease ridden, orange-mutants. John should stick to trout fishing! He has written a couple of books, having moved house 31 times there is much to write about.
Interests Maureen spends as much time as possible in her art studio at home. She enjoys listening to music while painting usually has her cd's of classical or the sixties turned full volume. John is into fly fishing, writing, poetry, golfing, boating, getting revenge after being thrashed at scrabble, watching the stars from the spa pool. Both love being with family, enjoy a good wine with friends and always lots of laughs.
