| Introduction | Ray is an old-timer- a Michigan-Wolverine native, and a survivor of the Twelfth Air Force, during WW II. He attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and graduated from Cal-Berkeley - Class of '49 (1949).
Ray worked for U.S. Steel, and Olokele Sugar Company (on Kauai) as an Industrial Engineer. He retired from California and Hawaiian Sugar Company as the Manager of Internal Auditing.
Ray and Marie have been married for over six decades. They are proud of their five daughters, ten grand kids and their five offspring.
Ray has many interests - even at this stage of the game. Ray passed away on May 13th, 2011 at the age of 92 and a half. In true "Ray-fashion" he had pre-written his Obituary and Eulogy which you will find as his final blog entry. "As you live each day, you are "writing" the story of your life!" |
