Introduction	‘Delightfully edible’ is an inspiration! It is a complete labour of love and a vehicle that I can use to document my culinary journey! I am a twenty-something artisan baker based in Cheshire. I adore food in general but cooking and creating sweet treats is my passion. My career in fashion and brand promotion is incredibly creative and my need to whip up something beautiful extends beyond nine to five. Like most home- bakers, I love to experiment in the kitchen by trying out newly acquired recipes as well as putting my own spin on classics! But as I am a foody by heart, this blog will also track my own sweet toothed experiences! So lets begin... As the Italians say La Dolce Vita- this is the sweet life!
