Introduction	Thomas & Alicia were married on March 9, 2007. Thomas is working full time as an Auto Claims Adjuster and has been accepted to Dental School Class of 2016! Alicia busy full time as a stay at home mother. Whitney K. Our daughter, born July 21, 2010, 6 lbs 10 oz 19 in. at St. Joes in AZ, was born with a severe birth defect called Right-sided Congential Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). She was watched very closely in utero. She could not breathe when she was born. Her first day of life she needed ECMO and used it for 6 days. She had her hernia repair surgery on July 28, 2010. Since then she fought hard and survived her given 20% chance to live. She came home after 56 days in the NICU. That was the first day I saw her smile. She has had 7 surgery's total, beened weaned off oxygen, and feeding tube dependant. She is continually followed up by her Cardiologist, GI Dr., Pediatric surgeon, Pediatrician, OT and feeding/speech therapy. She's a very happy, smart, loving little girl. Whitney is truly a miracle, and she is extremly precious to us. Baby Boy Montgomery is due to arrive Nov. 12th 2012! So far so good!! We are super excited for our family to grow!
