| Introduction | My husband of 43 years and I have 5 grown children 9 grandchildren from18 to 4 years old. We're a BIG family, 20 strong! I've presented at many national conferences about child care topics, especially family child care. I'm in my 38th year as a family child care provider with a large group license in my home to care for 16 children. I'm nationally accredited through the National Association for Family Child Care and have a "Level 4" on Indiana's "Paths to Quality"--the highest rating. Cooking is another of my passions. REAL FOOD EATEN HERE! I use very few processed foods and serve the children in our care a variety of highly nutritious foods. My goad is to find the time to share the fun I have with my child care children and the challenges of "living at work" that make each day special....and hopefully help other providers focus on creating a productive and happy life for themselves and the lives touched by their businesses!!! |
