| Introduction | Journalist, playwright, poet, historian and novelist, G. Thomson Fraser (1945 - ) was born in Massachusetts and raised in a small farming community in New Hampshire. She began her writing career at a PBS affiliate in New Hampshire and later served as editor of the Today Paper of Greater Lawrence (Massachusetts). Fraser is a human rights and environmental activist, and the artistic director of the Drama Circle, dedicated to original work for the stage and screen. Fraser is currently working on a book-length, early American colonial history, "Standing Near the Candle: David Thomson - Gentleman, Scholar, Governor - the Scottish Legacy in the New World." |
