| Introduction | My political ideology is Progressive because I believe an efficient government can positively influence the daily life of people. With journalism as my major, naturally Thomas Paine and Edward R. Murrow are my influences. I regularly follow local politics from all over the county along with national news. As a permanent resident I am not able to vote but I do plan to become a citizen. However, I do promote preferred candidates. US Gov. is a required course but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that creating a blog was part of this class. I have been interested in keeping a political blog for some time but have not found the time to work on it. I like being able to kill two birds with one stone. |
