Introduction	Sometimes the only thing you have time to do is just that, spritz on a little perfume and go! For me, this is probably my motto. It is quite possible that the one thing my kids will remember the most about me is that I ran around in my gym clothes all day like a crazy person running them to and from events, grocery shopping, etc. with un-brushed hair, minimal makeup and probably too much perfume to try and cover it all up! I am a wife, gym nut, organic food loving, fashion following, adventurous mom of 2. I have created this blog as a means to compile the things that make me who I am, and to help me to slow down and enjoy the little things. I have been trying to find ways to share who I am, what I loved, how I loved and my hopes for the future with my children, my husband, my family and my friends.
