Introduction | Delgado is a Democratic activist and works as a publicist in the documentary field. He is a graduate from Cal State Fullerton and writes occasional articles for the university's Daily Titan: op-editorials and feature articles. He's also a photographer and has worked for the major Democratic elected officials in Orange County and the State of California. He has promoted Emmy nominated films like: America's Music: the Roots of Country, Beatrice Wood: Mama of Dada, and others. He has handled publicity for the Hubert H. Humphrey Democratic Club, Cerritos-Artesia and is the editor of the Splinters Political Team Blog (see below for link). Prior to working in public relations Delgado was a mortgage banker for ten years and worked for Security Pacific Credit Corp., First Interstate Bank, Avco Thrift and Loan, and Home Loan Funding, Inc.
