I do this through high-interval circuit training, strength-training, group-training, agility, speed, plyometrics, and calisthenics., I want to give people an alternative to boring gym workouts and help people that feel like they can't do it alone achieve their goals; To build confidence so clients can continue to workout comfortable on their own even outside of training.
