Introduction	I started a journey not too long ago to get in the best shape of my life. I had grown unhappy with the way I was feeling both physically and mentally and made a decision to be pro-active and make a change. I kept seeing infomercials for Beachbody® and figured I would give it a try and if I didn’t like it I would just return it. Well….I can honestly say it has completely enhanced my life! I feel happier, healthier and more passionate than ever before. There is nothing I want more than to share this same feeling with as many people as I can! I am 100% committed to helping others along their journey by offering them inspiration, motivation and of course some yummy, tummy and toosh friendly recipes! Live, Love, Laugh and be as Fabulous, FIT and Flirty as possible!!
