| Introduction | is a light-filled yurt set in the vineyards of Napa Valley. It is the heartful home-base for my personalized practice of life coaching and holistic physical therapy. Over my years of traditional western practice, personal and spiritual growth, and extensive studies of alternative healing, I have evolved approaches that tap into all these rich streams. My commitment to each of my clients in each session is to be as present as I possibly can and to bring my full intuition and knowledge forth in the service of each client’s needs and goals.
