About me

Introduction	Welcome to my blog (I'm so excited I have a blog and I don't even know what it is). I wanted a way to let the people that mean the most to me know what’s going on with my journey this year without having to tell the story numerous times. The journey started on January 5th, when I had a colonoscopy and was told that I had cancer. Two months later and after more tests than I can count, I start Chemotherapy and Radiation on March 2nd for 6 weeks with 6 weeks to recover then surgery and another 6 weeks to recover, then back to 6 weeks of Chemo and a little recovery then surgery again. I plan to just take it one step at a time and to come out better and stronger (see my eagle story) than ever.
