| Introduction | I am the executive chef & owner of a gourmet recreational cooking school in the Palm Springs, Ca area called Cooking with Class. I love making food & teaching about food and now , apparently , blogging about food! I grew up in the LA area and now live here in the Desert with my wonderful husband Mike, our beautiful baby girl Lily Paige, our semi - well behaved golden retriever Hailey, and two gray cats with an excess of personality.
