| Introduction | I was born and raised in the Oklahoma City area. I’m one of those “bleedin’ heart liberals” that your momma warned you about. A proud alum from the University of Oklahoma. LCSW. I am one of those weird guys that actually LOVES and gets along with my family (well… for the most part). I’m a very proud uncle. I’m married to an amazing girl who puts up with all of my shenanigans. Being a dad is my favorite job... ever. I absolutely love movies. Like…really. More than I probably should. I’m a self-admitted smart-ass, versed in the language of sarcasm. Blessed to live a life of sobriety and continue attempting to live life on life’s terms. I'm all about taking life and all it has to offer - whether it's the peaks, valleys or seemingly endless plateaus. It should be enjoyed for the experience. I'm the ripe old age of 41 (Jeeezus, I'm 41?!?) and still trying to figure out where my chapter fits in the world's book...all I know is I'm going to make that the most exciting/jaw dropping/heartfelt chapter in the entire damn story. |
| Interests | I'm a HUGE movie buff, love hanging out with my friends and family, swimming and MOST outdoorsy stuff, road trips, traveling, music, sleeping, food, college football... |
| Favorite movies | Requiem For A Dream, Closer, Finding Neverland, Shaun of the Dead, Garden State, A Single Man, Seven, the Paranormal Activity series, Kingdom of Heaven, The Crow, I could go on and on and on... |
| Favorite music | U2, Coldplay, Adele, Taylor Swift, The Killers, David Gray, Josh Groban, Jon Hopkins, Ulrich Schnauss, Orbital, Moby, anything from the 80s, almost anything with an awesome beat. |
| Favorite books | House of Leaves, The Man In The High Castle, Dry, The Hunger Games, Hater, Lullaby, The Walking Dead graphic novels, Blue Like Jazz, etc. |
You're trapped in a well with a goat and a slinky. Describe how you will escape.
Probably not going to. Just accepting the things that I cannot change, making friends with the goat and enjoying the slinky...
