Introduction	These are musings by an enthousiast for interiors and historic interior views and although I try to get as many facts and dates right, I will probably not succeed every time.
Interests	After an MA degree in History of Art in my native Netherlands I moved to the UK 20 years ago in order to work in historic interiors and do interior design in a very traditional, English style. I particularly I enjoy making historically suitable curtains and beds.(www.david-mees-interiors.co.uk) I have always loved historic room views and designs and what I am writing about is nothing more than various things I have observed and like to share with others.
