Introduction	Cooking for me has become a delicate science but also a ritual of sorts. It's all a play of heat and complementary flavors and flashes of pure luck. It's all about developing and layering each flavor as you add it, deciding what will elevate it to the next level of awesome. Cooking is also about an open sharing of ideas, variations upon variations of dishes. It's an obsession because it's never perfected, and it's never fully satiated.
