Introduction	I used to have my own business training people of all ages fitness, nutrition and weight loss. I absolutely LOVED my job, but when I had my daughter, I decided that mothering was what I wanted to do more. I thought that with this blog, I could still help people reach their goals while also taking care of my family. Then I would have the best of both worlds!
