Introduction	My passions are creative crafts and writing. Without them in my life I wilt. With a busy lifestyle I have had to make extra effort to incorporate these elements on a regular basis and THERAPY is one of my outlets. It's a forum for voicing concerns I'd normally keep to myself (I'm a bit of a people pleaser) but it's also a way of allowing myself the confidence to take those opinions further and actually voice them IRL. Best of all it's a way of "showing off" my various creative endeavours without further boring my friends and work colleagues grin.
