| Introduction | When I'm not at the gym personal training, teaching class, or BootCamp I love being at home with my family. I have 3 boys, ages 7 and 4 (twins). We love spending time outside, swimming, and going up the canyon. Right now I am getting ready to run the Wasatch Back and do my very first Womens Tri-Fitness obstical course, thanks to XSI (extreme sports insurance) for sponcering me. Both of these events are early summer, so a great deal of time is being devoted to training for these events. |
| Interests | I love fitness and anything that goes with it, but thats not all...I like to scrapbook, although im not super fancey dancey with it, if I have free time I like to make jewlery, i love to shop and look at clothes, for anyone for any reason, I like to cook and "make-up" new things in the kitchen. Most of all I like to be OUTSIDE when its warm - I LOVE SUMMER!!!! |
| Favorite movies | I really love "chick flicks" If it funny and lovey I will enjoy every minute...too bad I live with all boys, and I get to watch cartoons and action/scifi. |
| Favorite music | I like all music at differnt times. Lately I dont listen to anything in the car, I LOVE the quiet. |
