| Introduction | My experience years ago with recurrent miscarriage and facing the possibility of never being able to have children transformed my life. I learned to move beyond my feelings of self-hatred and anger at my body to embrace and create a life I love. I now understand that growing and learning are lifelong processes. I help others learn to change the negative messages they give themselves in order to empower themselves and embrace success in all areas of their lives. My passion is helping women to change the negative messages they give themselves in order to create lives that are more balanced and joyful.
