| Introduction | I started this blog while I was a graduate student at Purdue University, IN, spending long hours in my research laboratory. Being a graduate student was a tough phase of my life-one needed an outlet, and writing poems as a journal exercise was mine. I published my first book of poetry "Needles from Heaven" while a 3rd year graduate student-a collection of the different poetry journals I had written. It is available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and other online book stores.This blog was started to keep my writing interest growing...and also to keep my sanity on check through graduate school..I graduated in 2012 and I have since started a new life, in a new place(Oregon), in a new job(Intel), in a new field(Engineering), with new people..things I must say have been crazy- sometimes frustrating, sometimes fun, a mix of emotions. So here is a continuation of thoughts from the lab, with opinions from the work place, from a new state, and meeting with new people..it is also a different phase of my life when the thirties are literally knocking at my door..Welcome to this phase of my life and I hope we can share many thoughts together from this other Lab I now live in. |
