Introduction	This blog will hopefully chart the progress of my Ultramarines force, predominantly made up of marines from the 3rd Company and set at the Northern pole of Macragge during the climax of the First Tyrannic War. I've been casually collecting, reading about and playing Warhammer 40K on and off for around 15 years but only recently have I gotten round to actually sitting down and painting a proper army rather than just priming, basecoating and moving on. I guess the thinking about and planning of an army has always been more interesting to me than the actual act of putting one together (A true son of Guilliman!) but no more!
