Plush Possum Studio

|Location||All, Over, United States|
|Introduction||I love all things floral, but what I really want to share with others is how I and my friends over at Plush Possum Studio do create. New, sleek and modern is not what we are all about. We like craftsmanship with an old twist, done in perhaps a new way. Sometimes, we'll take a little something old (or new) and spice it up a bit with our own style, or even repurpose it altogether. Some of what you may see here will be our traditional art, while other things will be a little wilder and freer. We like digital art, and like supplying the public with as many free images as we can drum up. Make it a rose-colored day! Rose McGuinn|
|Interests||Art, poetry, nature, journaling, altered book making, collecting and using ephemera, digitizing our artwork, photography, singing, collaging, decoupage, painting, recycling for art, enjoying our family time.|
|Favorite Movies||I won't speak for the others here, but I just love all the old black and white movies of the 30's and 40's. So much rich content there.|
|Favorite Music||Our studio's a real mixed bag! Depending on who's listening, you could hear anything from Classical or Jazz right up to present day Contemporary. Me? While I love most music, I like to blog to Joni Mitchell, ethnic albums from all over the world, and I really love the classic Beatles.|
|Favorite Books||Again, it's a mixed bag. Art-wise, Terry Taylor's books have always been a favorite, but so are those by Gabe Cyr, Lynn Perrella, and other greats of our time who use Mixed Media methods. We also like good crime stories, along with books about health and nutrition. I personally will reread The secret Life of Bees about once a year.|
If your whole body were a hot air balloon, would you stop eating spicy food?
Yes! Ditto on the broccoli as well!
