Sandra Cavero is a permanent professor of Management of the Department of Business Administration and the vice-dean of the Degree in Business Administration at the Business School of the Public University of Navarre. Her experience consists of a combination of research, teaching, consulting and management activities around the general subject of strategic management. Her current research interests are in the area of emotions and decision-making. In particular, she's interested in examining the impact that people's thoughts and feelings (cognition and emotion) have on managers’ ability to perform organizational activities. When not in her office hard at work Prof. Sandra is usually having fun hanging out with family or friends. Her hobbies include going on walks around her hometown parks and ponds, creating ideas for home decoration and visiting art exhibitions.
