| Introduction | I am a retired English teacher and freelance writer/editor/photographer in a suburb of Dallas, Texas. With three very active kids at home, I often found myself driven dotty by their commotion and eager to "escape" temporarily among the tranquil things in life, such as gardening, reading, cooking and crafts. Now they're grown, but I still love gardening, reading, quilting, crocheting, baking, traveling and photography. |
