Introduction	Originally from Dublin, I have lived in Kildare for 12 years. I am newly married to the wonderful and very patient Mr Robert Kennedy and we share our home with our best buddy - our rescue dog Bailey. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and have worked for many years as a buyer in several different industries - a job which I thorougly enjoy. Like most people these days, I'm still waiting for my "BIG BREAK". I have always had a huge interest in food and food preparation, and I really don't need much of an excuse to organise a party of some sort or another. It's also fair to say that I love to try new restaurants so eating out (in addition to eating in) is a definate favourite pastime of mine. My obsession for all things food even runs to utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen based paraphernalia - many of which I'll talk about in the coming months on this blog. I really hope you enjoy reading this blog half as much as I enjoy talking about food. If you have anything you'd like me to write about, don't hesitate (not even for a second) to get in touch.
