| Introduction | My very first camera was a polaroid that I won for selling candy in a contest (it was the first place prize). I loved that little contraption that magically produced images and shot them out in nifty little squares to keep. I used to take pictures of anything that interested me. From other people, to simple objects to holding the camera in front of my own face and pressing down on that big black button. The end result felt like a little gift that shot out of that hunky plastic contraption. 30 years later, I've rediscovered that same excitement that the original Polaroid provided. Sure, my camera is a little nicer and I have a little more knowledge. But at the end of the day, it is still about shooting what I love and getting that awesome surprise that each picture provides! |
