Introduction	Hi, I'm Meg and this is my blog for Healing Hearts, Warrior Hearts and Mommy Hearts. 9 years ago my life was in shambles, I was in the chains of a life sucking eating disorder, my parents had just divorced, I was nose deep in depression, and I didn't like myself very much. I got help, and found so much healing and light, I have fought and worked and hoped my way through it. Today my life is unrecognizable from 9 years ago. I am so grateful to not be living in the darkness I was once in! Recovery really is possible for anyone! I have found that keeping light and uplifitng thoughts and things in my life is essential. This blog is an effort to share the little tidbits of light I have found and help anyone who is in struggle, I know what it's like, it's exauhsting and soul wrenching, but it is possible to find your way out and to live life again! Believe in who you really are no matter where you've been!
