| Introduction | Currently, the Estate Officer at Prudential Bank, Kumasi. Kwaku Obeng Mireku is a Chartered Valuation and Estate Surveyor. He holds a degree in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. He is a professional member of the prestigious Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS), a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). He worked worked with the Lands Commission, Kumasi from 2007 to 2010 as a land administrator deeply involved in land management and property valuation. He is interested in exploring and developing emerging real estate markets in Ghana. He is a Director at DataEstate Ltd, a land and property services consulting firm. On quarterly basis, he acts as a local respondent to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors,(RICS) Global Commercial Property Survey.
