Introduction	LIBERATE stands for Libels Rational Debate, it is a branch of LIBELS ENGLISH COMMUNITY (LEC)which exists in SMAN 15 Makassar and it was formed in 2011. LIBERATE operates to recruit students who are interested in english debating, and preparing them to have competitive debating held by university, high school, governmental institution, and private course.
