| Introduction | Pastry Chef - 35 years, Consultant to new builds and love to design kitchens that pastry chefs can work in - I only work with companies who bring me in from the beginning to design the kitchen, so that I know the food can truly be produced how the client desires it in the end. Age 40, Mentality - definitely mid 20's, Looks - disputably mid 30's, Finances - mid teens (probably less than I had during my mid teens), Interests - anything and everything to do with Pastry,you just can never know enough about pastry. Hobbies - writing/ fiction/comedy, actually anything I love the written word, especially when its mine!! Travel - have seen 85 countries and counting. I love new cultures and I adore to travel. Dislikes - airports and security at them. I miss the 80's when no one cared about security at all. Ignorance was bliss. I have lived an amazing life and it just keeps getting better. |
