Introduction	Native Texan enjoying the blue skies and clear water of NW Arkansas. I have a passion for food that is totally genetic. Nothing is better than a wonderful meal with family & friends. I have two sons and a beautiful daughter-in-law in college. Cooking is my love, painting is my release, and working in the garden is my stabilizer. God=Truth=Love=Jesus and this is the foundation of my passions. I count having Celiac as a blessing. I know more about food, have tried new tastes and have an understanding of the chronically ill. And lets face it, I haven't had trans-fat in 10 years because of it!
