| Introduction | Hi! I'm Stephen P., My family has been involved in corporate finance and real estate for 30 years. My father was a top gun for Tom Monaghan's corporate finance & real estate development in the 90's. From there he opened a residential r/e office in Ann Arbor, Michigan. That's where I got my first license in the industry five years ago & I've never looked back. I now live in sunny Las Vegas, and hold a 2-year old mortgage license with Emerald Pacific Financial as a mortgage consultant. However, I've been working in the entertainment industry as a disc jock & promoter for over 8 years now (from Detroit, Canada & New York to Las Vegas) & I also have plenty of diverse records from jazzy house, 1960's- 1980's rock & pop, downtempo to minimal techno & progressive house & breaks.
