| Introduction | Hi, I am Dave Braun, an American who has been living as an "extranjero" in Germany for the past 35 years. Believe me, I have enjoyed every minute of it. I enjoy learning and observing different cultures, and visiting foreign countries. I speak fluent German, fluent Spanish, and conversational French. I am starting this blog site to be able to report on my travels and adventures. I have visited so many countries with different cultures, and do not claim to understand any of them (except maybe the German Culture). And yet, I find each and every one of them fascinating. And it is here I would like to thank all my friends for the help, and understanding they have shown me over the last 35 years. |
