| Introduction | I am a homeschool mom of 4 children. I am Committee Chair of Cubscouts, tutor for Classical Conversation. I am a chiropractor, nutritionist, and colon hydrotherapist. But best of all, I am married to an incredible man who is my high school sweetheart. I thank God everyday for His blessings. I am writing this as a journal of my journey to bodybuilding. I was challenged by a friend in September of 2011 to compete in bodybuilding in 2012. I accepted without a thought. It was something I always wanted to accomplish but had to postpone to make way for my dream of children. I challenged her the last 3 years to complete a triathlon with me and run the Road Series, Warrior Dash, and Spartan. She did and was a great sport about it. Now it was my turn to do what she wanted. Little did she know, bodybuilding was always my dream. I can't wait to see the transformation. I am also not a very good writer, so bare with me as I learn to write. |
