Introduction	I think that I’m like most women...I love jewellery and I know how much of a statement it can make when you are wearing a great piece of jewellery. I want to make a statement and make a piece of art at the same time and also, make it a little different. What if people could take a little bit of art around with them where ever they went? So I imagined it as though people would be wearing a little painting on an easel around their neck and a colourful painting sitting on that easel for everyone to see.So it becomes a true form of expression, it’s being observed by others and allows you to state who you are – or reveal a little bit about yourself. It comments without shouting from the rooftops. If I can do this – help to express someone’s personality through a piece of jewellery, what a wonderful feeling this is. It invites people in – people comment on the piece which makes you feel good, which adds to the enjoyment of your day. It sparks conversations, discussion and connections.
